John started his career at McKinsey & Company’s San Francisco office and earned a B.A. with distinction in Economics and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
Miguel Rodriguez is a Senior Associate Consultant at Redwood Advisors with 4+ years of strategy consulting experience. Andrew worked as an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company’s Operations Practice specializing in corporate transformation across a range of industries including aerospace, automotive, consumer products and mining. Andrew holds a double-major from Northwestern University in Mechanical Engineering and Geography. He graduated Beta Gamma Sigma (top 10% of class by GPA) from the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
Ms. Gupta is a former Bain consultant, operating executive and experienced strategist who has
completed 50+ strategy consulting projects across a variety of industries including consumer
goods, consumer electronics and life sciences. She is highly adept at driving and leading multi-
functional strategic and operational initiatives for senior-level executives across the Fortune 500 and small companies alike. Ms. Gupta holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor and Master of Materials Science & Engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
With over 30 years consulting and coaching experience to top companies and
leaders around the world, Stephen has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the US,
supporting clients across a wide range of sectors. Prior to founding Redwood Advisory Partners, Stephen was a senior partner at Deloitte, McKinsey and PwC, where has held various global, regional and practice leadership roles covering organizational and strategy services. He co-authored Action Management, a book on organizational change strategies and has written and presented extensively on the subject of organizations. Stephen holds a degree in Psychology and postgraduate diploma in HRM, both from UK universities. He is also a chartered member of the UK Institute of Personnel and Development, a certified executive coach, and an honorary research fellow at the University of Texas in Dallas.
